1. About Maison Noir Atelier

Maison Noir Atelier is a U.S.-based small business located in Washington State. We create and sell handmade, statement-making jewelry and accessories online.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our Site. By purchasing from us, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Product Descriptions & Availability

We do our best to accurately describe each item, including its size, materials, and colors. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or update listings at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout.

We accept payments via Shopify’s secure checkout system. By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the full order total to your selected payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • In-stock orders ship within 48 business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) or otherwise stated on the Site.
  • Custom or made-to-order items will have estimated timelines listed in the product description.
  • We are not responsible for delays once the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Custom orders and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

All content on this Site—including but not limited to product photography, designs, logos, copywriting, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Maison Noir Atelier and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.
