  • Do you have a physical store? Not yet. We’re a studio-based brand - online only for now. But every package is treated like a personal delivery from our hands to yours.

📦 Shipping

  • How fast do you ship? In-stock pieces ship within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on its way.
  • Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times and fees vary depending on your location. Customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • What if my package is lost or damaged? We want you to receive your pieces in perfect form. If something arrives damaged or your tracking shows no movement for several days, email support@maisonnoiratelier.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • What materials do you use? Each piece is thoughtfully made with materials like polymer clay, epoxy resin, stainless steel, and hypoallergenic findings. Every listing includes specific details.
  • Are your earrings heavy? Nope! Our designs are intentionally lightweight—so you can make a statement without feeling weighed down.
  • How should I care for my jewelry? Avoid water, perfumes, and direct sunlight. Store your jewelry flat or hanging, and wipe gently with a soft cloth if needed. Detailed care instructions are included with every order.

♻️ Returns & Exchanges

  • What’s your return policy? We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Earrings, sale items, and custom orders are final sale. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • How do I start a return? Email us at support@maisonnoiratelier.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We’ll guide you from there.

  • Do you make custom pieces? Yes! I love co-creating something unforgettable. Send me your ideas or inspiration photos, I’ll let you know what’s possible.
  • Can I send a gift directly to someone? Absolutely. Just mark it as a gift at checkout and leave your message, we’ll handwrite a note and exclude pricing from the package.
