Shipping Expectations
All in-stock pieces are packed with care and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise notified upon order completion. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
Please note: Made-to-order or custom designs may require additional time. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
When Your Package Arrives
We highly recommend opening your package with care - our pieces are one-of-a-kind and deserve a gentle reveal.
- Inspect your items upon arrival. If something isn’t right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@maisonnoiratelier.com with photos and your order number.
- Keep the original packaging until everything’s confirmed to be in perfect condition.
- Avoid exposing your jewelry to water, chemicals, or extreme temperatures, our care instructions are designed to help your piece last beautifully.
Atelier Hours
Maison Noir Atelier is an independent studio, not a storefront, so we don’t have regular in-person hours. But we’re always close by.
